MORAINE, OH-Heidelberg Distributing Co. has recently bought the former Cooper Tire building in Moraine for $7.25 million. The 779,000-square-foot building has been vacant since 2009. Covington Capital purchased and renovated the Cooper Tire property in 2008.

Heidelberg will shift all 270 employees to the new facility. In the deal, Heidelberg was represented by Denny Whitehead from Miller Valentine Group and Covington Capital was represented by Jason Williams from CBRE's Cincinnati office. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
