SAN ANTONIO-Rockspring Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Houston, has bought a 108-acre tract in the Notting Hill subdivision of San Antonio. The parcel of land is located on the north side of Interstate 10 at the junction of Weichold Road and FM 1516 in Northeast San Antonio.
