FORT WORTH-The Fort Worth Star-Telegram stated that Prism Hotels & Resorts, a hotel company based in Dallas, has a contract to purchase downtown Fort Worth's Sheraton Hotel and Spa, but a bankruptcy judge has to approve the deal. The newspaper reported that the company has signed the deal worth $55 million with 1701 Commerce Loc., an entity formed by lender Vestin Originations.
