CHICAGO-Hyatt Hotels Corp., headquartered in Chicago, is selling a portfolio of eight hotels, including a property in Lombard, to a real estate investment trust based in South Dakota. The company is selling Hyatt Place, a 151-room hotel at 2340 S. Fountain Square Drive in Lombard, to Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based Summit Hotel Properties Inc.
