
MINNEAPOLIS-Westminster Presbyterian Church has acquired 1221 Nicollet Mall, a former Wells Fargo office building in Minneapolis. The downtown Minneapolis institution bought the site in order to enlarge its ministries to meet the requirements of new residents by 2025.
The church bought the 1221 Building for $8.7 million from Roseville-based Presbyterian Homes & Services, which acquired the property for $11.6 million in 2005. Tenants in the building include Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Cos., Consulting Radiologists, Maxfield Research Inc., the Karney Law Firm and Turkey Guys.
