LONDON-Hammerson plc and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) have exchanged contracts to sell the office building at 10 Gresham Street in London for GBP 200 million. Kumpulan Wang Amanah Pencen (KWAP) is the buyer.

Hammerson and CPPIB acquired the property for GBP 175 million in August 2010. The property comprises 254,000 square feet of office, ancillary and retail accommodation. Nabarro represented the sellers and Berwin Leighton Paisner, CBRE Global Investors and Jones Lang LaSalle represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
