CAMBRIDGE, UK-Orchard Street Investment Management LLP has paid GBP 109.2 million for The Beehive Centre, a 238,000-square-foot retail scheme in Cambridge. The center, situated near Cambridge city centre, was sold by British Land. It includes 16 retail units.
