LENEXA, KS-Adams Cable Equipment Inc. has completed the acquisition of its new headquarters building on Widmer Road in Lenexa. The cable equipment company has plans to relocate its operations from Lackman Business Center located at 15560 W. 110th Terrace to a 65,215-square-foot facility at 9635 Widmer Road.
Adams Cable purchased the industrial building for $2.6 million from The Pack America Corp. Lee & Associates' Erik Murray represented the buyer and Colliers International's John Stafford represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to Kansas City Business Journal .
