LOS ANGELES-A partnership of Archstone, an Englewood, Colorado-based apartment developer, has picked up a 205-unit apartment community in Marina del Rey for an amount of $43.95 million. The development, named Bay Club, is situated on the west shore of Marina del Rey on Tahiti Way.
