JACKSONVILLE, FL-A real estate investment firm based in Atlanta has acquired two apartment complexes on Jacksonville's Northside for a combined $52.6 million, or $95,275 per unit. Cortland Partners has bought the Stovall at River City, a 276-unit community, and Mirador at River City, a 276-unit complex, for $26.3 million each.

The two communities, situated on Broxton Bay Drive, are adjacent to each other. Stockton, California-based Spanos Corp., an affiliate of .G. Spanos Cos., was the seller. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
