NASHVILLE-Beech Street Capital has recently arranged $92.6 million in financing for Harbor Group International's acquisition of three multifamily properties in Music City. The apartment communities include Arbors at Brentwood Apartments, a 346-unit complex in Nashville; Cambridge at Hickory Hollow, a 360-unit property in Antioch; and Cherry Creek Apartments, a 627-unit complex in Hermitage.
