RALEIGH, NC-Genwood Raleigh LLC, an affiliate of Miami, Florida-based Gencom Group, has sold the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel, a 353-room property in downtown Raleigh, for an undisclosed price. The company sold the hotel to an affiliate of a fund controlled by Oaktree Capital Management, LP, based in Los Angeles, and affiliates of Westport, Connecticut-based Northview Hotel Group.
