MIRAMAR, FL-A subsidiary of Inland Diversified, a real estate investment trust, has acquired most of Miramar Square, a 240,000-square-foot shopping center at 12100 Miramar Parkway, for $57.3 million. The Kohl's store, which anchors space at the retail center, and a section of the surface parking situated across the department store were not part of the deal.
