CONCORD, CA-San Francisco-based DivcoWest has seized two office buildings totaling 600,000 square feet in Concord Plaza. The real estate investor bought the buildings at 2001 Clayton Road and 2000 Clayton Road in Concord from Swift Realty Partners.
Financial details of the deal were not revealed, but market sources estimated the price at $94 million. Swift purchased the buildings, which are fully occupied by Bank of America, in July 2011.
