AUSTIN, TX-San Francisco-based Drawbridge Realty Trust has acquired Sierra Technology Center in Austin for an undisclosed amount. The firm purchased the 118,000-square-foot center from a Dallas-based investment firm. The center, which comprises research and development flex space, is fully vacant.
