GRANITE BAY, CA-An undisclosed investor has purchased Vista Del Lago, a retail center spanning 12,311 square feet in Granite Bay, for $2.1 million, according to Cassidy Turley. In the deal, Guillon-Brouhard Real Estate's Bill Brouchard brokered for the buyer, while Cassidy Turley's Jay Richter and Drew Wheatley brokered for the seller.
The center, situated close to Douglas Boulevard and Auburn-Folsom Road, has a leasing rate of 83%. Tenants include Cortopossi Tile & Stone, Julie Smith & Associates, RMS Enterprises, and Better Homes Realty. For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
