ALBANY-Uri Kaufman, a Long Island-based real estate developer, has finalized the $1.35-million purchase of the old headquarters of Albany International Co. in Menands, New York. The deal was closed on Wednesday.

The former Albany International headquarters building, located at 1373 Broadway, comprises approximately 400,000 square feet. Kaufman is planning to convert the building into apartments.
