OLDSMAR, FL-Menna Development and Management Inc. has sold three Marriott properties for more than $33 million. The St. Petersburg-based company sold the limited-service properties to Newport Beach, California-based MIG Real Estate LLC in September.
Menna sold the 99-room Courtyard Tampa Oldsmar at 4014 Tampa Road for $11 million, the 78-room Residence Inn Tampa Oldsmar at 4012 Tampa Road for $9.2 million and the 100-room Residence Inn Tampa Suncoast Parkway at NorthPointe Village at 2101 Northpointe Parkway in Lutz for $13.5 million.
