ENGLEWOOD, CO-NALS, an apartment owner and manager based in Santa Barbara, California, has picked up Courtney Downs, a 342-unit apartment complex at 15849 East Jamison Drive, for $39 million. Napa, California-based Eirinn Management, LLC was the seller.
