HOUSTON-American Spectrum Realty Inc., a real estate company headquartered in Houston, has sold Beltway Industrial Park, a 23-building park in northwest Houston. The company bought the industrial park, situated near West Little York Road and Beltway 8, in 2007.
The 389,000-square-foot property is primarily used by light industrial tenants. American Spectrum Realty sold three buildings comprising roughly 243,000 square feet of industrial and office space for $5 million in April. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
