
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL-An investor based in Des Plaines has paid $2.5 million for the Red Roof Inn Chicago-O'Hare Airport, a 136-room hotel in Arlington Heights. A venture controlled by Parth Shaha purchased the hotel from a subsidiary of Westmont Hospitality Group.
The hotel, located at 22 W. Algonquin Road, will continue be operated as a Red Roof Inn. Adam Montufar with Paramount Lodging Advisors negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
