SAN FRANCISCO-Essex Property Trust has recently bought four apartment properties on the West Coast for an aggregate price of $119.8 million. The Cupertino-based REIT and Wesco I LLC bought Waterstone Santa Clara, a 156-unit community at 3707 Poinciana Drive, for $38.3 million.
Essex bought the 126-unit Park West at 1201 Funston Ave. for $31.6 million in September. The firm also bought the 92-unit Domaine in Seattle for $34 million in September and the 90-unit Ascent in Kirkland, Washington, for $15.9 million in October.
