SAN FRANCISCO-Shorenstein Properties has bought 801 Gateway Blvd., a 136,000-square-foot office building in South San Francisco. The San Francisco-based company acquired the five-story building for its investment fund, Shorenstein Realty Investors Ten, LP.
Terms of the deal were not revealed, but sources familiar with the deal said that the purchase price was just below $35 million. New York-based Torchlight Investors offered the property for sale.
