CINCINNATI-Viking Partners Fund II LLC has purchased three retail properties, including a center in Kenwood. The real estate investment firm has bought the more than 75,000-square-foot Kenwood Galleria at 8120 Montgomery Road.
Besides the local acquisition, Viking Partners also bought Meridian Towne Center, an 87,000-square-foot property in East Lansing, Michigan, and Huntley Grove Shopping Center, a property comprising more than 14,000 square feet in Huntley, Illinois.
