ORLANDO-The Philadelphia-based Arden Group has formed a joint venture with Miami-based Eightfold Real Estate Capital and Schaumburg, Illinois-based Hostmark Hospitality Group to purchase Lake Eve Resort, a 364-room property in Orlando, Florida. Lake Eve Resort sits on a nine-acre plot near SeaWorld, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.
