
LONDON-Lothbury Investment Management has bought a modern distribution warehouse in Essex for GBP 18.85 million. The company acquired the 250,000-square-foot facility on Weston Avenue in the West Thurrock trading estate for Lothbury Property Trust.
The distribution center is leased to Marks and Spencer PLC. It is one of the main distribution facilities of Marks and Spencer for children's clothes.
