BOSTON-Ozzy Properties has sold a two-story retail building situated on Cambridge Street in Boston for $3.2 million. The building, which has Clear Channel's Apple billboard on the rooftop, is located at 122-128 Cambridge St., near Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston's West End.
