
NOVATO, CA-Retail Opportunity Investment Corp. has picked up the Village at Novato, a 20,043-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in Novato, for $10.3 million. The company bought the Trader Joe's-anchored retail center from private seller.
The deal also included two adjacent parcels of approximately 5.88 acres. The shopping center also includes a Starbucks and Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy as tenants.
