GERMANTOWN, TN-Memphis Daily News reported that an affiliate of Healthcare Realty Trust Inc., based in Nashville, has bought a medical office building in Germantown for approximately $11 million. The 40,592-square-foot building sits on nearly three acres of land on Wolf River Boulevard.
According to the report, the medial office building, located at 8040 Wolf River Blvd., currently houses Memphis Orthopaedic Group. It was earlier changed hands for $2.3 million in 2008. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
