MILWAUKEE-An affiliate of Mallory Properties, based in Milwaukee, has bought a truck terminal and repair facility in Milwaukee for $900,000. The industrial facility spanning roughly 13,300 square feet is located at 6130 S. 13th St.
Aim Transfer & Storage Inc. previously occupied the truck terminal situated near General Mitchell International Airport. The 4.3-acre property was sold by Winkler Real Estate LLC, managed by the proprietor of Aim Transfer. Stephen Provancher of Milwaukee-based NAI MLG Commercial listed the property for sale.
