NORRISTOWN, PA-BET Investments Inc. has purchased Curren Terrace, a 318-unit apartment complex in Norristown, for $29.8 million or $93,700 per apartment. In the deal, CBRE negotiated on behalf of the seller, Home Properties. Curren Terrace is situated at 1011 New Hope Street and has an occupancy rate of 97%. Average unit size of the multifamily community is 782 square feet.
