MIAMI-As per public records, the Vedado Apartments, a 49-unit multifamily building in Miami, has been purchased for a price of $6.6 million. Mirta Abreu and Diego Restrepo were the sellers of the eight-story apartment complex situated at 119 S.W. Sixth Avenue. Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services negotiated the deal on behalf of the selling group, which purchased the property for $4.5 million in 2010.
