SAN DIEGO-The Park Crest senior apartment complex located at 5330 Orange Avenue in San Diego has been acquired by the San Diego Housing Commission for a price of $6.4 million. The Walz Family Trust was the seller of the three-story multifamily complex spanning 34,754 square feet. Colliers International negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer.
