NASHVILLE-Two CVS Pharmacy stores in the Nashville area have changed hands for $5.3 million. San Jose-based Willowvale Nashville LLC bought a 1.2-acre property at 2516 Gallatin Ave. from Villa Capri of Nashville LLC for $3.5 million. The property was earlier sold in 2003 for $3.8 million.
In another deal, American Realty Capital Properties bought a 1.1-acre property at 4201 Clarksville Pike for $1.5 million from Kinpin Partnership, which paid $150,000 for the parcel in 1995. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
