ORLANDO-The Westin Imagine Hotel, a 315-room property in Orlando, has come under a new ownership. ERGS WI Orlando REO has acquired the Westin Imagine Hotel, located at 9501 Universal Blvd., from REDUS Imagine LLC. The hotel was developed in 2008 by Intrawest Corp., which lost ownership of the property in a foreclosure proceeding.
