WOBURN, MA-The Woburn Mall has been sold to Bentall Kennedy, a realty investment adviser based in Toronto, for a price of $62.1 million. The seller of the mall was KGI Properties who purchased the property for $12.9 million in 2001. CB Richard Ellis/N.E. Partners identified the buyer and negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
The 276,205-square-foot mall is located on Mishawum Road in Woburn, Massachusetts. It houses over two-dozen stores with CVS, TJ Maxx, and Market Basket as anchor tenants. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
