LAWRENCE, MA-The Dolben Cos., a real estate company based in Woburn, has paid $17 million for the 222-unit Hampton on Beacon in Lawrence. The apartment building, constructed in the 1970s, has undergone renovation, including the construction of two structures in 2003 and the development of a business/conference suite and a clubhouse with a swimming pool in 2005.
