CARDIFF, UK-DTZ's Cardiff office has bought three sites across South Wales for the UK's biggest hotel chain, Premier Inn. The 54 High Street property in Newport includes 60 bedrooms, The Triangle Site located in Barry has a family pub and 80 bedrooms and The Gatehouse Development situated in Tenby includes 61 bedrooms.
The Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre Family Pub situated in Barry opened on October 8, while the hotels in Tenby and Newport are expected to be completed by the end of 2013. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
