HOOVER, AL-Birmingham-based Georgetown Investments LLC has sold Cypress Gardens, a 150-unit apartment complex in Hoover, to a real estate investment firm for $5 million. A limited liability firm registered to Coral Gables, Florida-based Newport Property Ventures purchased the newly renovated multifamily property from Georgetown Investments.
