IRVING, TX-A local investor has picked up a bank-owned apartment complex in Irving. Coppell-based San Miguel Properties LLC has bought San Miguel Apartment Homes, an apartment complex consisting of 68 units at 1408-1412 West Sixth Street, from IB Property Holding LLC/Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, the lender.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The multifamily property, constructed in 1963, underwent various renovations last year. Peter Hartnett with Hendricks & Partners brokered the deal on behalf of the bank. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
