
CARDIFF, UK-SWIP (Scottish Widows Investment Partnership) has sold Talbot Green, a shopping park in Llantrisant, South Wales, for GBP 43.83 million. The buyer was National Farmers Union Mutual. SWIP sold 50% of the JPUT.
Talbot Green is one of the most successful retail parks in the UK and is lease to retailers including Boots, Clarks, Marks & Spencer, New Look, Next, Outfit, River Island and Sports World.
