
CHICAGO-A report said that a venture of New York-based investors Joseph Moinian and David Werner has come up to buy an office building in the West Loop from Bank of America. Messrs. Moinian and Werner have prepared to pay nearly $345 million for the 1.1-million-square-foot office building at 540 W. Madison St.
If the sale is closed, Charlotte, North Carolina-based Bank of America Corp. will get just above $310 per square foot for the 30-story tower, which is more than 91% occupied. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
