CHICAGO-A Canadian developer is planning to develop two apartment towers on River North. Onni Group of Cos., based Vancouver, British Columbia, recently purchased a 30,000-square-foot building at 353 W. Grand Ave. and a 40,900-square-foot property at 750 N. Hudson for an aggregate price of $17.8 million.
