NEW YORK CITY-Rockpoint has inked a deal worth $280 million to acquire an 80% interest from Prudential Real Estate in a 25-story Times Square South building spanning 740,000 square feet at 1440 Broadway. The deal will recapitalize the property spanning 740,000 square feet at approximately $350 million. Eastdil Secured's Adam Spies and Doug Harmon have handled the sale of the stake.
