DUSSELDORF, GERMANY-Allianz Real Estate Germany has acquired an office building in Dusseldorf. The company bought Sky Office at Kennedydamm from ORCO erste Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, an affiliate of ORCO Germany S.A.
Sky Office, developed in 2009, comprises approximately 355,207 square feet of office space and is situated between the airport and the city center. The high-rise tower is currently 90% leased to tenants such as Hogan Lovells and McKinsey. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
