GLENDALE, AZ-Beverly Hills, California-based Archway Holdings Corp. has picked up Arrowhead Health Center, a two-building medical office complex in Glendale, for $20 million. The 103,216-square-foot complex, formerly called Arrowhead Orchards, is situated near Union Hills Road and 67th Avenue.
Ventas Real Estate Investment Trust was the seller. Arrowhead Health Center LLC will own center, which is 65% leased. During the past 10 months, Archway has acquired medical office space totaling 400,000 square feet in Arizona. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
