DALLAS-Hartman Income REIT, based in Houston, has expanded its real estate portfolio in Dallas. The REIT has bought Bent Tree Green, an office building measuring 139,609 square feet at 17300 Dallas Pkwy. It purchased the three-story building from Behringer Harvard Bent Tree LP, a subsidiary of Behringer Harvard Opportunity REIT I Inc.
