
SEATTLE-Three suburban multifamily properties have changed hands this month for more than $90 million. Archon bought the 504-unit Fulton's Crossing at 120 S.E. Everett Mall Way in Everett for $49.7 million from Holland Partners/Guggenheim Real Estate.
In Kirkland, Essex bought Ascent Apartments for $15.85 million from San Francisco-based Ascent Apartments and 1031 Exchange Professionals purchased the 140-unit Sancerre Apartments at 12648 N.E. 144th St. for $24.9 million from Sancerre Apartments Limited Partnership.
