NEW YORK CITY-A 1.5-acre development site situated near Gramercy Park is put up for sale. Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is trading a five-building complex, previously called the Cabrini Medical Center, at East 19th Street and Second Avenue. It bought the property for approximately $83 million two years ago for expansion, but the center was closed in 2008.
