SAN FRANCISCO-Kilroy Realty Corporation has bought 350 Mission St. in San Francisco for $52 million with plans to build a 27-story office building there. The company is planning to spend an additional $200 million to develop the 0.43-acre site.

The new tower will comprise 400,000 square feet of office space. Jones Lang LaSalle's Ted Davies, David Churton and Christopher Roeder have been employed as the listing brokers for the office project. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
